1. The vibe
We are here to help each other build momentum. Assume good intent, be generous with encouragement, and keep feedback constructive.
2. Give feedback that helps
Focus on specific, actionable feedback. Share what worked for you. Ask questions before making assumptions.
Disagree with ideas, not people. Avoid pile-ons and sarcasm that shuts people down.
3. What is not allowed
Harassment, hate speech, threats, impersonation, or discriminatory content.
Spam, scams, or manipulation.
Sharing private information without consent.
4. Reporting and blocking
If something feels off, report it. Reports go to our moderation queue for review.
Blocking stops all communication between two users. Muting prevents a muted user from messaging you.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, issue warnings, or restrict accounts that violate these guidelines.
Repeated violations can lead to temporary or permanent account restrictions.
6. Safety first
Protect your privacy. Share only what you are comfortable sharing, and report anything that feels unsafe.
